I really wanted to get started this week, but I cannot find my book You On A Diet. I wanted the recipe for the breakfast drink---not the Magical Blaster, I have that one--but there was another one.

Does anyone have the book that they can look and send me the recipe PLEASE!??? It has soy milk and pineapple sorbet and I can't remember what else? Thanks!!!

I don't have the book, but I found this from a friend. Is this what you wanted?

2 servings - 207 calories per serving
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup low fast (1 percent) soy milk
1 can (4 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/2 cup "pineapple passion" sorbet, such as Select brand (Safeway)
1 tbsp. soy protein powder (8 gr. protein)
Peel banana; break into chunks. Combine all ingredients in blender. cover, blend into fairly smooth.

Wow... that sounds yummy! I love pineapple and banana together. I will have to try this. I believe I actually have most of the ingredients at home already. But not the sorbet. But I do have some nonfat orange sherbert. Maybe I will try it with that.

Can anyone say more about the book?...................P
