Like so many others, I can't book anything within my 180 + 10 online. I can see the available times, but can't book. I called and waited on hold for IT for about 20 minutes, but I was at work and had to hang up before a representative came on. The CM that put me through to IT had no idea about the online booking issues. Before I spend another good chunk of time on hold, I wanted to see if Disney IT has been successful in helping anyone else fix the issues with their online booking woes. TIA.
