Sorry that I have not touched base for a while. Using the keyboard is one thing that still bothers me. My hand/arm surgery went GREAT! The physical therapist I see for it is shocked taht I have such great movement and am starting to build strength already. I am not one to stay down. Gallbladder surgery is tomorrow morning at 6 am. They agreed with me that we could wait just a few days since I have had trouble with it for 2 years.
We found a new nano Monday morning after seeing the hand surgeon. It was in a park right across the street and I beegged hubby to let me at tleast try for it. He quickly gave in and let me play.
It actually only took about 2-3 minutes before I found it. He had even looked right in the same spot, but didn't spot it.
We went out yesterday and found 9! One was a cache that we had been trying to figure out for a couple weeks. Clever puzzle and hide was soooo tricky! We had been to the final area 5 times looking for it. We had one small hint that we need a screwdriver. I can't believe that we FINALLY found it!
We took my friends out again yesterday. Her husband liked what she had told him of the game and he wanted to try it. So looks like they area hooked! We spent over an hour on a new one. It had been posted days ago, and is an hour from our home but as of the time we left the house it had yet to be found. We went for it and I finally found it!!!
It was one that looked like a bolt, placed in wood on an observation deck at a new park. LOL, I was so excited to find it and get my first FTF!!!
We also got our 100th find yesterday! So we had a great day!
Thanks all for the prayers, I am sure that it part of what has helped me heal so quickly!
Sounds like everybody has had some fun hunts. I love that log about the PO watching and he ended up being the hider! Too funny! I enjoy looking at some of the interesting hunts you all go on.
