Did you get a photo of the Przewalski foal? That would be the cutest thing ever!
When we were in Africa our guides were all very cautious of hippos. Apparently they are the most dangerous African animal. They are very aggressive and territorial, especially when there's a baby. The mother hippo will go off on her own to give birth and stay on her own for about a week after the birth before returning to the herd again. We were extremely lucky to see this newborn hippo on one of our morning drives. We had to stay far away and be pretty quiet. As it was the mother hippo didn't seem to mind us being there, but if there were any signs of distress we would have got out of there quick smart!
