Anyone else have problems UPLOADing PICTURES since yesterday?

Can not post pictures since yesterday.

UPLOAD button is my normal way to post. Starting yesterday, instead of a picture I get an icon and no picture.

Drag & Drop worked once yesterday.

Now both do not work!

Any ideas?

I think I read somewhere that it was a board-wide issue. Someone had sent an email to the "tech" people.
