Hey all,

Sorry if this has been discussed before but wasn't able to find it (although my search may have been way off).

I'm trying to figure out how to coordinate doing a restaurant reservation for 2 families that are not all on the same Disney app (plan? stay? I'm not sure of the terminology, I'm still new to all this). Basically we're trying to plan a surprise dinner for our kids - we have 2 different families that want to meet up at 1900 Park fare - but I don't understand how I'm able to get a table for everyone at the same time if they're not part of our party in the Disney app. Am I over complicating this? How can I set a reservation for ALL of us so we can be at the same table?

Thanks a bunch!

You book a dining reservation for the total number of people in both parties. You will arrange how to split the payment once you are at the restaurant.

Ah ok, so there isn't a limitation on who's in or out of your party. That's great! Do you know if there's a maximum party size?

Thanks for the quick response!

You can just make the reservation for the number of people and leave them as "guest" if you are not connected and planning together in MDE.

Parties of 6+ have a gratuity automatically added.
No party size limit.
You can split the bill not problem.
