Anybody Checked The Accuracy Of Thir Dvc Points Online

Only about five times a day. I'm sure the novelty will wear off eventually, but for now, I'm obsessed with the new features of the DVC Web site.

I am 200 points to the good because I cancelled reservations and instigated new ones .
Manual intervention?
I have five accounts and 1500 points

Mine are correct, and our three future reservations are properly listed. I confirm with MS for each transaction as well.

ours were correct. i must admit i had a bit of a time following the transactions...i confirm with MS as well.

I initially had a tough time with it too, until I switched to have it read "past to present" instead of "present to past". It made it easier for me. (There is a place to change it on the site under, points transaction history). It is very nice to the the info available when I want to review it.

Unfortunately ours were all correct...shouldn't have borrowed so many points last year.

I need one of those Monopoly cards that says "Bank error in your favor, collect $200" except it would read "DVC error in your favor, collect 200 points"

Go to the button at the top that says "my DVC". There will be a dropdown window there to click on point totals and transactions.

BTW, ours were all correct too, but it was confusing and interesting to see how they use the points from the two contracts. We own two contracts at the same resort, one bigger than the other, and they try to take points for each stay equally out of both contracts. It does make the tracking strange to follow at first glance.

Same here; ours are correct, just very depressing! All this years' are gone, and when next years' come along, over a third of them are gone already too...It's not like we didn't know it would happen (we got a trip to Disneyland and a trip to WDW both this year), but seeing it online makes it more "real", somehow.

I found a very major mistake in mine.

It seems during my trip last April, I was charged approx. 730 points for a 12 day trip.

We were in a studio at the BCV for one night, switched to another studio the next night, and then switched to a 1 bedroom for the remainder of our trip. Somehow the system showed me as having stayed in each of the three rooms for the complete 12 days.

I brought this to a supervisors attention about three days ago. The next day, "Riley" faxed me 22 pages of my complete years transactions and asked me to go over the highlighted areas on the fax. Riley said the these points weren't really taken out of my account even though the website shows that they were. I said that there is no way that I could follow everything that she had faxed to me and I just asked her to please tell me if she is 100% sure that my account is correct. She said that she was 100% positive that my account was correct and I was only charged for what I used.

I sort of apoligized to her about the new feature on the website that was allowing us DVC members to view our accounts now, but in the end, causing the administrators tons of problems. She said no, mine was the only problem that they had encountered so far.

So in the end, I trusted her account of the situation and let it go.

Showed my main contract and also had my "NEW" 70 pt. add on contract that I got on 12/15 (how quick..and..didnt get the paperwork to sign for the add on yet). YIPEE!

Called MS...to use the "new" '05 add on pts, for the May vacation that I have ressies for...so now...I will have total '06 pts. available.

They said OK...did it...and said check web site in 2 days.

OK....checked yesterday... READY....

Only the main contract is listed...not the add on.....and of course pts. aren't right either.

Called MS.... they said...DON'T WORRY
"OUR" computer has it and yes..we agreed on pts. used and available. MS couldn't change the web site...

So.....Guess I'll let them work the glitches out....though...I don't like MS records being different than the web site....

Our points were correct but not complete. We have borrowed from 2007 for 2006 vacations, but our 2007 use year does not appear yet. I would report any discrepency.

This exact same thing happened to me. And I also made a nervous called to MS. That might be why as of a few minutes ago, no point information was available on the Web site. Seems like there are still a few bugs to work out.

Ours was incorrect. It states we have a zero balance for our 2006 use year and we should have 14 points left.

I feel the same way. Ours were correct, too. But we really enjoyed extending our trip in June. Oh well, we really need to add on.

Everything is right on ours, except our last stay at the BWV has listed that we were in a 1BR, not a 2BR, but has the correct amount of points listed.
