Any Trend to Points Increases for ABD?

I am waiting for the 2010 points chart to be released for ABD. I am interested in the Germany "Fairytales" tour. Does anyone have any info on about how much the points have increased per year? Is this tour one that has been offered for a while? Thanks for any info...:goodvibes
