Thanks! I actually slightly prefer CCV, but RIV is a lot cheaper right now. I know the
point chart and dues probably balance that out. However, last time we stayed at
DVC, I felt like we spent too much time at the resorts. We stayed at BCV for 3 days, and Stormalong Bay was great. However, we really didn’t spend much time in the room. We spent time at the pools, restaurants, and one day at Epcot. It’s just my fiancé and I, so it’s hard for me to look away from RIV. I really want to go to the parks, and that skyliner to Epcot and Hollywood Studios can’t be beat. We already own at Poly for an MK monorail resort, so CCV seems kind of redundant from that aspect. I feel like RIV offers something different. Also, we stayed in one bedroom last time, which was great. However, if we are going to the parks, a deluxe studio (and even the tower occasionally) might be the way to go. I just don’t see us sitting in our room much.
