100%. The guides LOVE to tell when it’s about to be more expensive.

That said I do assume the new incentives will be slightly lower than these most recent ones, although perhaps with a short bonus as they have been doing.

Yep - That new early bonus seems to be the new trend.

The incentives are already pretty terrible compared to what they were just a few months ago. If anything maybe they will get a little better for a little bit so they can get worse again and convince more people to buy.

i held off once I heard prices weren’t going up on the base rates. Incentives don’t mean much to me due to the fact that I’m doing a small add-on (50-75 points) right now. However, if there was going to be a price increase, I was going to let the fiancé know we have to act now. In a way, I’m kind of sad they didn’t go up because I can’t play the scarcity card. We are going to add-on eventually, but she’s less convinced that we need to do it now than I am…haha.
