MBF, If the apartment no longer exists then where will the winner of the overnight stay in the Castle be spending the night? If you look at the long list of prizes, I believe one of the gifts is an overnight stay in the Castle. If memory serves me correctly that prize was used in the original press release announcing the current promotion.

the apartment was not livable. It has probably been retrofitted since then in anticipation of the Million Dreams to make it a prize.

It was still an apartment when I was in it but that was 1972. I've heard that since then it was used as a control room for the MSEP and then as a storage area for supplies used in the restaurant.

There are people out there who know more details about it than I do. All I can tell you is that it was still being used for storage at some point in 05. A CM (imaginear) I played golf with was telling me about lots of neat stuff. Wouldn't it be great to go to sleep in there and wake up to the sunrise over the Kingdom?

I happened to see this post in the "big" list at the top of the heap and I had to jump in.

I am definitely a Disney Guy but I am also married. I just wish my wife was more "into" WDW!

On our trip's with our DD, I take at least 14 rolls of 24 exposure film, I put together the photo album, using scrapbooking techniques for the cover and I scrapbook the vacation. I feel it helps me express my creative side!

There's gotta be some single Disney guys out there for you single Disney gals!
