And of course the *absolute* first choice would be to stay *in* the castle!

(not holding my breath for that one. )

Unfortunately, the apartment that was originally built into the castle no longer exists. I was lucky enough to see the first year the park opened before they converted it to use as a control room and later, storage for the restaurant.

It would have been awesome if they'd finished it and let special guests use it, but Eisner would probably have stayed there and they would have had to fumigate it. It was originally designed as an apartment for Walt and then, Roy when Walt died.

Unfortunately, the apartment that was originally built into the castle no longer exists. I was lucky enough to see the first year the park opened before they converted it to use as a control room and later, storage for the restaurant.

It would have been awesome if they'd finished it and let special guests use it, but Eisner would probably have stayed there and they would have had to fumigate it. It was originally designed as an apartment for Walt and then, Roy when Walt died.

MBF, If the apartment no longer exists then where will the winner of the overnight stay in the Castle be spending the night? If you look at the long list of prizes, I believe one of the gifts is an overnight stay in the Castle. If memory serves me correctly that prize was used in the original press release announcing the current promotion.

How awesome would that be? If money were no object and I could stay absolutely anywhere, I think I would pick every single place - maybe 2 or 3 nights (or weeks?) at each one, going from the values and working my way up. That way I would get to experience each and every resort.
