I have the same problem. Is Disney going to start the new Magic+ fast pass thing before they get their site working properly???
It's interesting as every time I go to the site I get the new one now
What browser are you using? Do you have a roaming or static IP?
I'm in the same Canadian boat!
I did have the site briefly last week, but after logging out I have yet to reach it again.
I have tried on two PCs (one at work, one at home), an iMac, iPad, Macbook and iphone. Tried on IE9, Safari and Chrome with no luck![]()

Yes I've cleared cache and cookies multiple times, shut down the browser, restarted the computer. And on multiple computers as I mentioned in a previous post.
Like I said just find it odd that I did have it at one point and can no longer access. Very frustrating!

Thanks for trying. I just clicked on your link and it took me to the old site. *sigh* I help many friends plan and book their trips, so not having access to the new site is causing major problems. Once the new MyMagic+ is fully operational, we have to be able to access the new website!!!!!!![]()
As I said in another post it kept swapping sites on me until I signed into the old one. Then after that it gave me the new one and I signed into to it, and it give me the new one every time. Have you tried creating an account in the old site first? Plus Disney hasn't really said if MyMagic+ is being rolled out to everyone yet, it may still be by invite only.

When you say create an account on the old site, do you mean create an additional account? I've been using the same account for years. I logged into the old site, logged out and went back and I'm still on the same old site. I did have the new site working last week. I transferred all of my ADR's over okay too. I was able to check-in online since I was at the 60 day mark too. Then I logged out and haven't been able to get back to the new site. I've tried chrome, firefox and IE and cleared cookies. My dh tried at work and it goes to the new site there. But when he brings his laptop home, it goes to the old site again. Thanks so much for your help!!![]()
