Any other Canadians having trouble with the Walt Disney World website?

I have the same problem. Is Disney going to start the new Magic+ fast pass thing before they get their site working properly???

IDK, but I've spent numerous hours setting all this stuff up. Now I've downloaded the app and it looks like I need to manually enter all my reservations into this one by one as well? This is unreal, worst experience hands down.

What is the web address for the My Disney Experience website? Let's start there. I've spent countless hours sifting through these forums just trying to find some decent info through all the off topic posts. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I did have the site briefly last week, but after logging out I have yet to reach it again.

I have tried on two PCs (one at work, one at home), an iMac, iPad, Macbook and iphone. Tried on IE9, Safari and Chrome with no luck

I could have written the same message EXACTLY! I had it working last week, but after logging out, it no longer works. Absolutely nothing I've tried has brought it back.

I'm using Google chrome and as for the IP I don't really know other then the service provider is rogers cable.

has anyone that has had problems tried clearing the cookies from their browser as sometimes when changes are made to as sometimes it reverts to an old one because of a saved version in your browser.

Yes I've cleared cache and cookies multiple times, shut down the browser, restarted the computer. And on multiple computers as I mentioned in a previous post.

Like I said just find it odd that I did have it at one point and can no longer access. Very frustrating!

I haven't got a clue why it doesn't work for everyone. It seems to give me the new site every time I go to it. Has any one tried longing in to the old site and then going back to the site again, because I think I only stared getting the new one permanently after longing in to the old one first.

Thanks for trying. I just clicked on your link and it took me to the old site. *sigh* I help many friends plan and book their trips, so not having access to the new site is causing major problems. Once the new MyMagic+ is fully operational, we have to be able to access the new website!!!!!!

As I said in another post it kept swapping sites on me until I signed into the old one. Then after that it gave me the new one and I signed into to it, and it give me the new one every time. Have you tried creating an account in the old site first? Plus Disney hasn't really said if MyMagic+ is being rolled out to everyone yet, it may still be by invite only.

I'm now beginning to think it has to do with IP addresses.

When I clicked on EastYork's link on my iPhone it took me to the new site. On my PC and iMac it takes me to the old one.

I wasn't sure if you had an account before that's why I said to create one, but if you have one log in to the old site and stay logged in. Go t another site and then try coming back to the Walt Disney world site, I never log off of it so that may be why I keep getting the new one.

So I still can not get on the new site. Spoke with a number of friends across Canada and they too can not get on. So I called the WDW Tech dept. today and they said that they thought that it had been fixed. So they are "putting it back on their raidar." Getting tired of this but at least the CM I spoke with was very polite.

So basically they told you what we already know lol it'd be nice if they gave us an estimate of when we might all be able to access the new website.
