Any other Canadians having trouble with the Walt Disney World website?

When I used this link, it went to a few style site ... the next time I tried it ... it went to the old site. Something is messed up.

Last night I clicked on the link above and I finally got the new site...I went into the "My Disney Experience" and checked some stuff out.

I logged out and turned off the computer for a couple hours. When I went back later the link took me to the old site with no Disney Experience tab. :confused3
 
I run my computer thru a US proxy server (so my computer looks like it is based in the US - Netflix US is so much better) and I'm still seeing the old site.
 
I am only getting old site as well.

I started a thread about it yesterday, as I didn't see this one. Some US Disers said they are even getting the old site as well.

Disney's IT Dept must be headed by Goofy!

I logged on today and it was the first time I was able to access the new site. It let me check in for upcoming vacation package in March. I didn't see anything about fast pass plus though once I checked in.
 
Any update or word from Disney on why this Disney Experience thing isn't working up in Canada?

It is working up in Canada.....I have been using it for a couple of weeks now!! And I LOVE it:thumbsup2 Soooo much better than the other site.

When I logged in, it took some time for it to move my reservations from the old site to this one, but once it did what it wanted to do, it was fantastic. And all I had to do was wait about 2-3 minutes while it did it's own work.

This site is much more user friendly AND looks a lot better. I hope they change nothing:thumbsup2
 
It's a nice looking site, for sure, but from the comments on the Resorts board, you still cannot make a payment on your package online. I think that would be a pretty basic feature for a business like Disney.:confused3

Are you using a mac? I still only get the old sit on my PC:badpc:
 
Does anyone have a screencap of what the new website looks like? I have no idea if I'm getting the new or old site

It worked for a bit - all dining reservations there, as well as our next resort reservation for March (July was not there).

It did glitch when it added my hubby and kids twice to my profile and then after I clicked to go to Passholder part of website, it switched before my very eyes back to the old site.

For those wondering how you will know if you have the new website...you will know. Not only is it a different look, but it says My Disney Experience on the top.

Now, I am just waiting for our new DVC website to work properly!

In that case I've never accessed the new site on any of my computers. How strange!
 
I am traveling for business and tried to log in again tonight from the hotel I am staying at (in other words, a different IP address). Still no luck!

This is a work laptop so do not want to load Google Chrome, etc. I am only using IE, but its getting frustrating that some are able to access the new web site and others are not!! :(

Also if your web browser displays a picture next to the url and on the tab it will be a dark blue almost black mickey head.
 
Still can't get on the new site. We are going in march and concerned that the Magic+ will come into effect before that and will not be able to access it. I wish Disney Techs would get it working for Canadians!!:hourglass
 
Me too! I did get the new website working on my work laptop for a while. I was able to view all of my ADR's too. BUT, then I logged out of my account and ever since then I'm back to to the old website. Surely there's something they can do to help???????

I've tried on all of my computers and all different browsers and I still can't get the new website! So frustrating
 
So frustrating. I can't seem to be able to get the new site either!!! I'm in Canada as well, and all I keep loading is the old site. I leave in 3 weeks and am getting so frustrated with this run around.:mad:
