Any OCTOBER guests received FP+ testing invite?

Did you book through Travelocity? I had a TX address listed as well and I booked through them.
That was probably it! Thanks for figuring it out - I was worried the account was hacked or something :crazy2:
 
I got the FP+ but not the MB for AoA.

Had you already done online check in? If so, try modifying it and leave everything the same. The option to customize the bands should be there afterwards. Good luck! :goodvibes

Eta: not sure how it works with Travelocity bookings. My tip may not work in that case.

No check-in or anything. But I did get the MB (and FP+) for my POR portion of the trip.
 

My TA sent an email today that we have been selected to use MB and FP+ for our trip Oct 18-26. We're staying at POP. I am able to select FP+ but I can't personalize our MBs yet. I guess I'll have to call.:cool1:

Has anyone had an issue with making Fastpass+ selections? I push the make selection button and I get this everytime...It doesn't even give me an opportunity to select dates

I guess I'll give it a look in 5 days when I hit the 60 day mark, because right now it won't let me do anything. >_<

Staying at the Poly so I know I'm eligible for the testing, but I guess I'm still too far out (Oct 27th-Nov 1st)

Update - We are staying Oct. 19-26. I was able to do FP+ selections as of yesterday. MB were not available last night. I did online check-in a day or two before this. Today, I was able to customize MB, but only after I did the modifying check-in suggestion given on the Dis. I went into online check-in and basically retyped the same info. Then, the MB option to customize showed up!!

Question: I have read that we will also be able to use FP- How will that work? Do you get a card and a band??

Hello All! This may have already been asked and if so I apologize. I tried going through the pages and couldn't find it. I have a family of 4 and we are staying at POR from 10/18-10/24. I see on MyDisneyExperience that it will allow me to customize our Magic Bands, but it is only giving me the option to customize two bands. I have two separate reservations on my account, which are both linked to the same account. I did not have a problem setting everyone up with the Fast Pass service, but I cannot figure out how to show all 4 of my guests in order to customize all of our bands.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, am I missing something?

We are staying Oct. 27-Nov 10...I was able to customize this afternoon. Could not choose FP. I called Disney and was transferred to IT. I wanted to inquire about the message I was seeing. It looked like it was allowing me to choose FP's. But, when I clicked next it would give an error. Anyway, guy in IT (who really had his info down it would seem) told me it was because we are just a little too far out still...65 days. So, he then told me we are scheduled to get an email next weds (28th) to invite us for testing. At that point, he said we should be able to book. He gave me a ton of information that I found very useful and this sounds even better than I had hoped! Anyway, he also said that the testing is scheduled thru Oct. 31 with a plan to be live Nov. 1. He said that we will get the KTTW cards still to cover dining as not all restaurants will have the tap and go. So, as testers, we will be able to pull passes with those in park also. He said that if it is live November 1, that will be the end of the in-park fp's if you have the fp+. But, since we are checking in prior to that date, we will be able to pull our whole vacation. So, a little heads up for those checking in around that date. Of course, this can all change from now til then. But, that is the projection for now. Also, for TS restaurants using the system, you will basically hand over your credits before you go in...at the podium. I was not sure if the servers had mobile ones...like the iphone credit card readers type thing. But, they will handle it before you are even seated. Also, it was probably already mentioned, but it will also include your Magical Express ticket (in case anyone was unaware). That is important to know before leaving. Photopass and photopass+ will be on it. And, each thing can be added as you purchase it. Our bands will be here next week and each thing will just be added as I buy them...even though the bands will be in our home. Pretty neat. I guess it all makes sense, but I never really put it all together until speaking to this cm...he was great! He had lots of tips and suggestions and info. Hope this helps someone!

ETA: how are you getting your bands next week if your checkin isn't until 10/27? I was under the impression that they shipped at around 30 days out

This worked!! MB showed up as soon as I went through and retyped everything! Thank you!

Mine was doing this for me yesterday, but when I checked at night it let me book FP+ (but no magicband options) When I logged in this morning I could access that and the magicband customization. It seems they're still loading everyone up, so keep checking back!
 
I changed my first night in dvc from blt to akv jambo so I could get magic bands and fp plus. Just went through and added a bunch of fp. We have APs or I do and my boyfriend's is on will call. No problem linking them, just hope no issues when we pick up his pass.

But anyway, I had read that APs can reserve 7 days at a time. Out trip is 11 days. Only our first night is in a test resort. So am I correct that we can only do 7 days for now? I did 7 and was putting in selections for the 8th and it didn't go through. I chose 3 rides, but then when I hit next the screen went white. No error message or anything.

Now I can't even get on the MDE page it's just white. So is this more likely because I hit my limit, or is something going on with the site?

Try to choose the earliest possible time combinations and select those. After that you can go back and select later times... If it's earlier times you need, try a different combination of attractions that only contains one of your wanted options... then go back and change the attractions that you did not prefer... Again select the earliest times possible. It seems you can always change individual FP+ times to later, but never earlier.

That keeps happening to me too. Makes me want to chuck the computer out the window,
 
Have Magic Bands all customized for AOA Oct 18-20 and Fast Pass + as well as Magic Bands customized for Poly Oct 20-25! Going to call for help though as DS shows up on one ressie as DH? Hope they can straighten it out.
