An hour or so ago I did reach a very helpful CM in IT who was able to finally locate our grandson's ticket and she got it added to MDE under our reservation.I had linked tickets for myself, DH and DGS but only the 2 adult tickets were showing up on MDE. My phone call lasted about 25 minutes but I'm so happy that she stuck with me and got it corrected rather than telling me that it would be worked on and should be fixed in "x" amount of time.
Now I'm joining the rest of you in just waiting for the date that we November guests can order customized Magic Bands and select FP+.
Congrates on getting your grandson linked but I just do not understand this entire IT thing.
I haven't gone to MDE no need I know it is too early for MB's and I know no FP+ for me since my tix are not linked.
What I don't understand with IT is I have read time and time again IT is "fixing" linking problems by order of your checkin date and now I read someone checking in long after me(I check in 11/3) talks to a CM who fixes the issue for them.
I think the inconsistency with this entire situation is what frustrates me the most.
