Any good books on self-discipline?

Does anyone know of any self-discipline building books since I'm going to have some reading time this weekend. I'm a horribly undisciplined eater and laundry do-er. I know it seems strange to thing one book will help, but you never know. I read a book on decluttering the house and it helped tremendously.

My sister swears by this website called "Flylady". You can google it.

They send you E-mails that have some system for getting your housework done. You do what the E-mail says and follow their system.

Her house used to be a mess. Now when I visit I can see the difference.
