Any French Quarter Refurb news?

Just stumbled across this. Checking in in about 2 1/2 weeks, requested building 4 through touring plans. Are there any noise issues with the refurbs that we should be worried about? Definitely not mad about lower capacity! First time staying at FQ and we were already pretty excited for the quieter vibes.
