Any current purchase incentives?

Any one know if there is a current DVC purchase incentive?

We just purchased - waiting on the documents now.

During our tour we were offered $8 per point off with a September '05 use year. DVC pays 2005 dues.

Or we could have 100 "Developer Points" to use at any other DVC property besides SSR between purchase & Dec.31. Those Developer Points could not be banked. The 100 points was for the 150 point minimum purchase & increased at various levels related to the # of points purchased. (i.e. at 211 points purchase you would get 160 Developer Points.)
