Booked last week! Split stay June 15-19 POR/ June 19-21 BC! Im so happy to have somewhere to share my excitement! I just don't know why EVERYONE doesn't make their Disney reservations 14 months in advance. Does anyone know how far in advance you can reserve Hoop de Doo?

Well done Clarabug ....I'm going to be a real pain in the bum now and say we've changed our trip back to approx 27June-11July. Sorry for the inconvenience but the trip is for my 40th Birthday which is 07July, DH wanted to go in May to save money and because it's less hot/busy but I REALY want to be in my happy place for the actual day of my birthday . (Plus I'm too scared to take DD12 out of school for eight days....I know I have issues )

We are planning our next trip for the Sept 19-28, 2009. Not sure on the resort just yet. I have been keeping the planning quiet because it is still far away. But, I am thinking POR, POFQ or CSR. We would love to stay at WL or Poly...but DH and I are both still in school.... someday, though!

You can call Disney but you will only get the room rates for 2008 usually in August the rates/pakages become available...

Yeah, yeah, yeah.... So you have a *little* longer than I do.... Something awesome happened today and I have to share!! We are planning a March 2009 trip and DH has been ok with going, but not thrilled.... We are also hoping to start a family very soon Out of nowhere he tells me today that he wants to do Disney World in March 2009, Land/Sea in February 2010, and Land/Sea in November 2011!!!! He wants to do the 4 night Bahamian cruise and then 7 nights at WDW for the 2010 and 2011 trips.


Who are you and what have you done with my husband???


He says he just knows that I enjoy Disney so much and he wants to make me happy. He also said that if we get pregnant soon it will be great to go for the next three years because the little one will not be 3 yet and will be free (except on the sea part of land/sea). I can't believe it!!! I asked him if he was kidding because I'm obsessive and will start planning all of the trips NOW. He said, no he wasn't kidding, he really wants to go. The only slight downside is that after these three trips he wants to wait until our little one is at least 44 inches tall so that he/she can enjoy most of the rides Not a problem with me at all!! I am really super excited!!!

OK, I'm done... I just had to share with all my fellow 2009 buddies!

Where can you book for 2009? Disney website?

You can't book beyond Dec '08 on the website, but you can book a room only ressie by phone using "projected" rates. You can always call back later, like August I think, and have actual '09 rates, package rates, or discount rates applied. I wanted to be sure to get the spaces I wanted, so I booked my rooms now, planning to try to get AAA discount when those come out. Probably not necessary to book quite so early, but I'm a little neurotic that way.
