I'm so mad right now. We had about 10 videos denied due to poor audio quality. Only 2 of the ones done at the same time were accepted. These were all done at the same time, uploaded one after another, and some have good sound and some don't? They all sound good on my end. Of course, most are toys!
i would email about this.......and ask them why when they were all done at the same time.

As far as you all having problems with the audio/video sync-are you able to preview it after you've uploaded it to there site? And if you have, was the audio/video in sync when you previewed it? And have you been running other programs on your computer when you are uploading? Because I have noticed that when I am trying to save a video to my computer at the same time I am videoing another one, my video/audio seem to be out of sync.
Hi, I am using a headphone set with a microphone that flips down in the front. I am not sure what brand it is, but I don't think it was very expensive. I like it because I can hear myself talking while I narrate, but it doesn't echo like if you have the sound going through the speakers while you talk, kwim?

They finally cleared through the last few July vids and emailed me that I should be paid soon. I hope soon is like in days and not weeks.

I asked the same question on the ExpoTV forum and the response I got was that only approved videos count toward the cap. So, I don't know for sure, I'm just stating what I was told.
How do I email expotv? Is there a "contact us" link somewhere on their site?
I want to ask them why over half of my videos are rejected because of "audio & video are not synced". . . But the rest are approved and they are all done the same exact way.
If you do this, they may reject the two that got through.![]()
