Hoping to snag 9 flights in November when the schedule opens up this week.:goodvibes
If I get them, and then the price drops, what is the procedure for getting a credit for the difference?
We are going again March break,(just 4 of us then) so could I apply the credit to those tickets:confused3
Can I get a credit for any type of ticket I book.........eg. internet fare?
Thanks

Under "Travel Tools" at the top you will find a section to change air reservation. All you have to is enter your confirmation #. It is so easy to do you will have no problems.

Yes you can change any type of fare and apply it to your next reservation. I end up with a credit almost every time I book a flight.

If your new fare is part of a ding rate it gets a little tricky. You have to cancel the old reservation then apply the funds to the new reservation but you will need to have both windows open at once to make sure they have the number of flights you want before you cancel the old one.

We just did this, and we got a credit on our credit card - as long as the flight you change to is the exact same departure time, date etc. (basically exactly the same flight), you change it online as previous poster said under travel tools, which will give you a credit. You then call their refund department (don't have the number but know it's posted on DIS somewhere), which is what I did, and they'll check you're account and credit your card if nothing changed but the price - we had $69 flights back from Orlando to Buffalo, and they were dropped to $34, and I snagged the lower rate for 7 of us and got the money back!:cool1:

I tried to get the $$ back on my card when I changed our original tickets to the same flight at a cheaper promo rate and was told that I had to take a credit (about $80).
We wound up switching airports when the Buffalo prices dropped so now we only have a $6 credit but I wanted to say don't count on a refund as it may not happen.
