Another new incentive question

I am planning on buying in shortly and already have a referral name to give for the new incentive. I was just wondering from those of you that have taken advantage of this new referral, what kind of deposit do you need to give? Does the $15 dollars back count toward it and then you pay the difference, or how does that work? I'm just trying to make sure that I have enough cash available. TIA

I believe you can use the rebate toward any deposit or down payment. So maybe with a 20% deposit on 150 pts you will have to pay $780......
$780 + $2250 (rebate) = $3030 ....20% down on 150 pts @ SSR. I would ask you guide to make sure...things changes from one incentive to tne next..

The minimum deposit is 10% of the pre-incentive total. The $15 incentive will be deducted from the balance owed (or from the total if paying cash).

For a 150 point purchase - the pre-incentive total is $15,150 ($101 X 150). A deposit of $1515 would be required - but the balance owed would then be $11,385 ( $15,150 - $1515 - $2250 ) and Disney financing would be based on that figure for your mortgage.

In the past, other incentives could be applied to the deposit (there was still a minimum deposit of $500 for most even then). With this larger incentive, the minimum deposit is based on the total.
