Annual Passes - Should we get them?

we've got 6 days in January at WDW combined with a planned cruise and what swayed our decision to purchase the AP was the fact that our dd turned 9 in June. We decided we're going to book next Christmas as our second trip, which means our dd will still be getting in on the annual pass at a child rate even though she'll have already turned 10! Can't pass up that deal! :)

Yes go for it! We purchased Ap this year and have had a blast. We will have been to WDW more in the year with Ap than in the past 4 years. We purchased them in May and went back in October going in Jan and back again in April. It's cool knowing that the only thing you need to have money for is food, Gas, and suviners. When we went in October we only spent 550 Including the MNSSHP. Have a great time

Like a previous poster we bought an AP last June in the latter part of the month and are going the first week of June this coming year. We've also decided to take a short trip in February, so we'll get about 13 park days use from the AP. Probably won't buy another until June 2009. Once my younger child graduates from high school our vacation patterns may change significantly.

We are DVC members and the DVC discount rate is unbelievable $100 off an adult ticket. This made our choice easy. We bought AP's. We had planned for 2 trips to WDW but with the AP we ended up squeezing 3 trips out of them in a year LOL!
