they got married on a boat. if they got married by a Captain and it was on water, then it's legal. and so far that's how it sounds.

You know how many people could potentially want her dead? Howard, Larry, the Marshall family...they all have some type of interest. We may never really know. There are soooo many possibilities.

From what I'm watching, it looks like she was ill to begin with.

i just feel so bad about that. she didn't deserve to die. she always seemed like she was a happy go lucky person(until her son died, poor thing)

I think that poor girl was truly lost and had no idea what to do, where to turn...getting caught up in that Hollywood crap could not have helped.

We just got home from work and heard about this and my friend called me the second I walked in the door! This morning before any of this was known she said to me "you know I think Anna Nicoles boyfriend killed her son and he is goign to kill her next" she called me all freaked out when she heard the woman was dead!

Anna's lawyer and "boyfriend" is currently missing in action.

Who will get Smith's money??? She is currently in litigation with the family of her late husband and with the man that claims to be the true father of her baby girl.

Why did Anna have her own private nurse with her at the hotel?

Did Howard K. Stern kill Anna Nicole Smith??????

In October 2006, Smith's estranged mom, Virgie Arthur, told Nancy Grace on CNN Headline News that after the death of Anna's son, Daniel, she was concerned that Howard K. Stern was the one in line to inherit Anna's millions.

"If Howard Stern marries her and she ends up dead, then who does the money go [to]? Danny's not there," Arthur said.

Additionally....

Many people have speculated that Stern gave Daniel the Methadone [prescription heroin substitute] that killed him.

While that investigation continues despite Anna's death, an investigation into her death will likely lead cops to closely examine Howard, the "brains" behind Smith.

Was Stern exploiting Smith's pain for money? He was the one likely responsible for orchestrating the million-dollar interviews with Entertainment Tonight and the sale of all their personal photos to People magazine and other publications.

Is Howard the true father of Anna's baby?

It looks like the fight for the Marshall estate will be tied up in the courts for a long, long time to come. A lawyer on CNN just said that if Anna Nicole had a will, designating Howard K. Stern as the one that she chooses to raise her daughter, that would supercede the other guy's rights, even if he is proved to be the father. Does that sound right?

HOnestly--you cannot take away the parental rights of the other parent. If the other guy is dad..he does have rights and nothing Anna said while alive or posthumously by her will can remove those rights as she is not a court of law.

Apparently, that may not always be true. I listed several people in my will to take care of my dd15 (when she was a baby), b/c I did not want her bio father to have her. My lawyer told me he would have to fight for custody since I named someone else in the will.

The whole situation is very sad. She lived a very tragic life, based on what I think was misguided decisions. However, I hope her baby does not have to suffer the consequences of the mom's decisions.

Poor Baby and for the whole family, maybe they can now come out of the spotlight and live a quiet life.

i wrench in the whole thing is Anna died on Seminole land..they are not bound by the laws of the United States...there was a rape at the hotel last year and there hav been many problems with that case
