I always felt bad for her. The old guy left her all that money; it should have been hers. But nooooo, she had to fight those people for it.

Didn't follow her story after that, did she ever get the money? I hope so.

And now she's dead. I hope she is at peace.

she never got the money. they kept appealing in court. she was actually supposed to go back into court for it again this year.

I don't think her and her "husband" were ever legally married, they just had a commitment ceremony in the Bahamas. So all her money would go to her daughter. Of course, if Stern IS the dad, it would go to him too, unless she had a will stating it would go into a trust for the baby until she's a certain age!

Given the fact that she has a history of drug abuse, she is 39 years old, she was found unresponsive and she was clearly on "something" during the past several weeks of interviews she has been doing, I don't think it's a far leap.

Pathic, who are you to judge? Anna Nicole was actually a happy person until her son died. Just because you didn't approve of her life style, doesn't make her pathetic. It is wrong to speak ill of the dead.

i don't think it's fair to think that just yet. i mean, yeah she was kinda whacky, but she never meant any harm.

she's always sounded "slurred" or "ditzy" so it might not even be drugs, she could just normally be like that.

I thought she was on a self-destructive course. I was listening to an interview with her and her husband and something didn't seem right. What a sad story of a beautiful woman.
