How very sad for all involved.
Hopefully her troubled soul will finally be at peace.

I feel so sorry for her little innocent baby who deserves so much better. Hopefully the biological father will now come to light and provide a lifetime of love, care and normalcy this baby needs.

I'm wondering if it was a suicide, if that's why she did it on that property?

Apparently, that may not always be true. I listed several people in my will to take care of my dd15 (when she was a baby), b/c I did not want her bio father to have her. My lawyer told me he would have to fight for custody since I named someone else in the will.

My daughter was just told that you cannot will a child. You can make requests in your will, but you cannot will him/her. So her requests are there..best her lawyer would allow.

I was shocked and really sad to hear of her death. I know she's done so many stupid things in her life, but somehow it always seemed to me that she was silently screaming for help. I feel so badly for that little baby.

i don't think it's fair to think that just yet. i mean, yeah she was kinda whacky, but she never meant any harm.

she's always sounded "slurred" or "ditzy" so it might not even be drugs, she could just normally be like that.

She was not "like" that. I watched her show when it was on and you could tell when she was "high" on something or not.

There were times when she was bright and intelligent and then the rest her speech was slurred, she couldn't focus and her face was totally differant. Can't quite describe it.

I'm totally disgusted by some of the less than flattering (to say the least) footage of her from her reality show that they're showing while they pick apart the "what happened" and the "what ifs" of this situation. Some of those news people are pigs. Reminds me of when Steve Irwin died and the CONSTANT showing of the footage of him holding his baby near the alligator, as if that one event defined him and his life.

I agree with you but I would have to say that it is probably very difficult to find much footage of Anna Nicole where she doesn't appear to be ditzy or under the influence.

That is the Seminole Tribe Police...they have different laws and are not governed by the laws of the United States..
She was a frequent guest there..I wonder if there was a reason..like Larry Birkhead couldn't serve her with summonds there

She had just a hard, hard life. One thing that I haven't seen mentioned yet is how when she was first a Guess? girl, she almost always spoke out against sex abuse in children, and trying to get people to be more aware. It was after her first few ads ran and were super popular that the "ditzy" Anna was seen more often than not. She stated numerous times that her sexual abuse as a child was something that she NEVER got over, that she did not have a positive role model in her life, neither male or female, and there was not one person she could count on until she had her son, Daniel.

I don't know that much about Howard Stern, but I can lip-read, and there were NUMEROUS times on her E! show where he would be telling her, "you don't have to act like this", or "why are you pretending to be like this" and things to that effect. I know he told friends of hers that he was having the committment ceremony to try and cheer her up.

I am pretty sure that Howard Stern (husband??) has been in her life since she started the original lawsuit against the old guys family. They have been together for years.
I am sure he loved her and finally happy they were a couple. I also feel that he was probably an enabler to her and her son.
I don't know why everyone just assumes he is a bad guy. You know she isn't that well off either. They were evicted for not paying for their house and sold all the baby pics to live off of. She never really had a successful career...you know??

Anna Nicole has been around for MANY years, and there is plenty of footage of her from before her reality show and since she lost the weight. But they choose to show footage of her at her peak weight, wearing revealing clothes, and humping the pillows on her bed. Not one of her finest moments, but heck...who cares...let's shred her to pieces the day she dies.

I feel so sorry for all involved. Despite her bad decisions, bad publicity, etc etc etc, at the heart of this she was just another person trying to make their way in this world. I cannot even imagine the pain she has gone through in her life. If I was in her shoes, I'd have surely felt like my world was crashing down on me. I don't know how you'd make your way out of that. I hope that her baby has love and stability in her life.

Does anyone else think that maybe it wasn't suicide or an OD? I mean, yes, everything does point to that but I was just looking at some of her most recent photos where it looked like she had a lot of "work" done on her face, most notably the lips and eyes.

With all the talk of her having a fever, I was wondering if perhaps she had some sort of terrible infection from an operation?

I know it's a stretch, but it is so hard for me to believe that she would just leave her little girl without a Mom.

OMG Mare, I just felt so sick when I turned on the TV and saw some of the images they are showing all over the news. Its disgusting. I blame a lot of her nuttiness on the media, truth be told.

I'm saddened by her death. I hope she is in a better place.
