FP one or both Pandora rides - depends on if they Tier the FPs for AK.

Book a Dining Package for RoL.

I'm sure Disney will implement a tiered system for the Pandora attractions and ROL. So it will be an either/or option, assuming there's any availability at all. I'd definitely recommend a dining package to get into ROL. For FP, it's just a matter of getting one of the two rides, and arriving early in the day for the other. I guessing that the Banshee ride will have a smaller capacity, and thus longer wait times.

We are planning 2 partial days at AK. And using two days worth of FP+. But we have 6 park days and are hopping which is a luxury you may not have. We are using FP+ two days each in Epcot, MK, and AK. And rope dropping HS twice on days we are using FP+ at other parks in the evening.

If you only have one AK day and they go to tiers the Banshee ride is probably going to be #1 priority.
