i am planning a trip to WDW in November. i cant seem to decide where to eat lunch or dinner, whether to eat QS or TS or eat in park or not. we are not very adventurous eaters. Which dining locations do you enjoy when you visit AK?

we have eaten at tusker house (breakfast) and rain forest cafe in park and boma (breakfast) and jiko at resorts. I was thinking i would like to try something new possibly.

Any thoughts?

Tiffins is nice and Nomads, the lounge attached is good for shared snacks and has a lovely calm environment.

Nomad Lounge is our favorite place to eat/drink in the park. Definitely worth a visit. If you haven't been to Sanaa at AKL that is definitely worth a visit too!

I think Yak and Yeti is good for table service or quick service. If you are looking for something nicer Tiffins is excellent. The QS in Pandora is also great.

If you go to the resort I highly recommend Sana’a.

Flame tree is a favorite. Love to sit down by the water too.

TH is a favorite. The character interaction is wonderful and I love the food options. We like last bfast seating so we get bfast yumminess and lunch choices

if you are not very adventurous, Flame tree is a safe choice.
Tusker House has good choice for adventurous and non adventurous.
If you enjoyed Jiko, I would look at the menu for Tiffins.

Flame Tree is good but if you're willing to go to AKL, Sanaa is the best!

AK is the only park where I can say no matter what you choose, its a really good choice. Whether its QS or TS or Signature, buffet, lounge, whatever, there are really no options where I would tell someone to stay away. Even some of the snacks you can find are really good. Also, all the restaurants at the AKL resorts are excellent. Just look at the menus and pick what is best for your family. You really can't go wrong.

Our two favorite QS locations in the park are Flame Tree BBQ and Harambe's market (the chicken skewers are AMAZING).

Restaurantosaurus in Dino Land is awesome for "basic" food but with fun theming.

I've heard the Mac and cheese is amazing at Eight Spoon cafe, but haven't tried it myself yet.

We love Animal Kingdom and AKL dining. The counter service in pandora is our favorite, we love Sanaa, Boma, and Jiko.

As already mentioned, Flame Tree is definitely a winner. We always go sit down by the water for a relaxing meal. Another option that I didn't see mentioned is Pizzafari. They are definitely an option for non-adventurous eaters, and they offer the family style dinner if you are on the dining plan as only a QS option. You already know about Tusker House, which is probably one of the best in-park buffet/character meals available, and it has a wide selection that will satisfy most eaters.

Surprised I'm not seeing Satu'li mentioned. It is our favorite place. It is borderline adventurous - but not really. The cheeseburger pods are loved by all! We also like Flame Tree BBQ if the weather is nice and Yak and Yeti is good if you like Chinese food. I've heard good things about the new version of Restaurantosaurus for the non-adventurous crowd it is burgers and ice cream!

We like Flame Tree for lunch and Tiffin's for dinner. While on the subject we have a 7:50 reservation at Tiffins and the park closes at 8:00. Is there anything to see after hours or do they send you directly to the park exit?
