Hope all goes well with the orthodontist today, Merry. Oh and a word of warning, my dad did something similar with my sister for her and a DVD player... he wound up having to wait until she moved out to get it

We looked at the Leave a Legacy things when we were in EPCOT. My brother has one. And yes, there were some without pictures. Some had a message instead, like Happy Anniversary or such.

A very hot day expected here today. DH took the kids to Kennywood yesterday w/ his family. They didn't get home until 10:30 last night and Shannon was passed out. It sounds like they had a good time. My mom and I are taking them on Friday while Dh is at a golf outing. Friday is Brendan's school day.

I had a bunch of weird dreams last night and woke up in a bad mood. Of course Lou is working from ome today and invading my routine. I think Sam and I will be spending a couple hours at the pool.

Building 18 is smoking optional in some parts. If that doesnt matter to you, we were in room 1844 (smoking room) and had a view of a courtyard from one window and the river from the other.

Finished reading...several pages...of postings....Have not been here...since Thursday....so draining....

Mrs. AA asked me to stick around the house and watch our youngest so she could go shopping with her mother who had the day off.

It is too much for her to deal with 2 small kids, the dog, and her grandmother (who accompanies them) all at once. Their short trip took all day!

Yesterday was a state holiday so both girls had dentist appointments (Abigail's first), then we went to the zoo (nice weather, not crowded) and yesterday afternoon went to Lela's school to go over her SAT scores (for K5???) with her teacher.

She did very well. For me doing very well in K5 meant I wasn't eating paste..they seem to expect more from kids now...

Anyway, It's good to be back. I've not been anywhere else on the DIS yet, so where did John appear? I haven't seem him in a blue moon, so I'll assume the riddle..

Send Lou a PM day? Okay for Carol, I totally had all intentions of PMing her... but work got in the way and I forgot (sorry Carol) but because of that, should I still PM Lou or treat both equally??

I admit I didn't want to stay in the Bayou (the room decor doesn't "do anything" for me) but I had many friends who loved that and all recommended building 14 which looks like it is right next to 18... very close to the main building. I would have asked for that one myself if I had stayed on "that side" of the resort. But have fun picking!!!
