Hi everyone! I didn't make it to the zoo today Luis wanted to watch Harry Potter 2 (I closed my eyes to avoid the spiders, glad I saw it at home and not in the theatre) Then instead of teh zoo we went to Lowes to get some stuff he wanted. I drove since my car fits a heck of a lot more than his does. I also visted my sister's cat and made sure she was okay. Laundry is up next

Donna, can you tell Luis that tip... he gets on me for washing my hands so much. He thinks I am paranoid... okay I am really... it's one of my strange quirks. Just like hearing knocking noises at my house when I am alone Oh boy...

Hmmm... stuffed shells... that sounds really really good! If it weren't so late, I would consider making something like that for dinner. Maybe I'll make pasta instead

Welcome back LK!!!! I know what you mean about catching up. I have no clue what I am going to do next weekend when I go down to the Hocking Hills for Dawn's wedding. I won't be on from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon

Good eveining everyone. And Happy Father's Day to all the Dads.

Got Sarah off back to camp then the 3 of us went to church. The youth group was being commissioned for their mission trip. Andrew leaves in the morning.

After that, DH Jack, DS Andrew, our younger dog Susie, and I took a hike at the nearby nature area. It was a 3.2 mile hike, up and down hills and across a creek. My knees are complaining now.

Yeah I know... no time to sign on and it is out in the middle of NO WHERE. I have no 800 for my dial up, and I am not sure I will have a number to call in that area. I'm at Dawn's beck and call from this point forward.

Lou actually chose to go to a mall today. There is a new outlet mall that opened not too far from here, so we went and checked that out after a late breakfast at Cracker Barrell. My mom tagged along too.

After the mall we had to go back to my mom's since her computer was 'acting weird' I downloaded and ran Spybot for her...it found over 200 issues....hmm, womder why it was acting weird. Lou still wants to confiscate the computer and blow everything off the drive and start from scratch. You would think my mother would learn to stop downloading stupid stuff, but no she keeps adding to her cursor and icon collection

We went to my parent's house for dinner tonight and the kids had fun swimming in the pool....( I really think there were ice cubes floating in there with with them....brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!).

Came home and we didnt have any electricity for an hour so we played some games..........luckily the power came back on!

If anyone here is a Dairy Queen Blizzard fan I tried the "Chocolate Dipped Strawberry" flavor last night ..... Strawberry w/ chocolate chunks and it was yummy ........I highly recommend it

no thank you, we made our first homemade ice cream of the season and well lets just say I got a weeee tiny bit carried away!

haven't had a chance to look over all the pages i've missed! lurked for a wee bit the other night....but connection was too slow to reply!

this is just a quickie, new job going okay....except no office and no internet! using my bosses computer quickly to check my emails!

settled in okay to my parents, really missing hubbie though, he comes up this weekend. loving all the time i'm getting to spend with my niece and nephews
