It is 46 degrees here right now (not turning on my heat either!) but it is supposed to be nice today and the is going to make an appearance for the second day in a row!


Kaitlin has band camp again this week with Logan and Matt.
Other than that....no plans for today.......I love summer!

Just heard that my governor will be resigning tonight ! He's been under investigation for a loooong time regarding state contracts for personal favors, etc etc ..... for such a little state we have quite a bit of corruption (a few mayors already serving time)

Alan, yeah, rub it in, your morning temp is right where our slated high is going to be. I miss the heat though. I hope it is warmer than it was last summer!

Steph, how many days of school a year do your kids go? Ours start back always around the 25th of August (give or take a couple days) and they get our right around June 10th (agian, give or take). Sounds like a long year for y'all!

Makes me think about my days in college and how much I loved that. We started mid to late Sept and got out about the 10th of June. Loved it!!!

Wow Sandy!! I can't say I am totally shocked to hear of a politician doing things like that though

meh, don't wanna work today. I have this "short" list of 4 things I have to do... unforutnatley teh four things I have to do will take forever. Hopefully I'll get it all done by COB thursday

Silly question time... I was just giving Dawn my share for the make up for Saturday and it hit me... I really should have gotten my hair done and not my make up. Anywho, my hair is wonderfully layered, silky, kind of thick, naturally wavy (soft curls) and the longest part is just about 3-4 inches past my shoulder. I am only good with doing long hair up and I have NO CLUE what to do on Sat. Any good suggestions. I can probably do anything from soft curls to totally straight for styling. So any suggestions would be appreciated. I need to figure this out by Thursday too

OUr state mandates that our kids are in school 180 days.
They didn't have a lot of snow days this year, but had long weekends ALOT!!!

to everyone else, because I'm pressed for time. I have to get Amy to ballet class and stop at the store for a couple of things. Then it's back to pick her up and wrap some of David's gifts. MIL & FIL are having his family party tonight, a bit early. His birthday isn't until Saturday.

It's dark and dreary. We've had tons of rain in the past 24 hours. I'm ready to see the sun.

Sandy, our AG resigned last week amid allegations of sexual misconduct at a state conference, and one of the county asst. ag was arrested over the weekend for DWI at bike week....
