Jr. is going to be at an employee's only function at the Anheiser Busch brewery here in NH on the Thursday before the race. One of our "race friends'" father works at AB, so they're giving us their tix. The event is a done deal, but Jr.'s appearance will depend upon scheduled events by NASCAR coming first...blah blah blah

Just popping in for a minute before I head to bed.

Worked this afternoon then we went to see Around The World In 80 Days. It was kinda cute, and the cameos pretty much made the movie. Otherwise it was a lof of typical Jackie Chan martial arts, but I always get a good laugh from him.

Got home and Lou had rented 50 First Dates and Along Came Polly. The lesser of the 2 evils was 50 First Dates. I just cant watch Ben Stiller without feeling weird. Its like his neurosis rub off on me. Adam Sandler is ok if he is being less immature than normal.
Belive it or not, 50 First Dates almost had me in tears....granted it was because of the song they played at the end. It was the recording of Somewhere Over The Rainbow by the Hawaiian guy (Isreal Kamasomething). Whenever I hear that song I think of the ER episode when Dr Greene died.

OK, I am just rambling for no reason here. I think I need to go to bed. See ya tomorrow.

I'll be going down to visit my parents....in addition to Father's Day it is also my Father's birthday today....every few years he gets the double whammy !!!

A friend of mine gave her husband the Richard Petty experience for Christmas a couple of years ago ... he had a blast !!

If anyone here is a Dairy Queen Blizzard fan I tried the "Chocolate Dipped Strawberry" flavor last night ..... Strawberry w/ chocolate chunks and it was yummy ........I highly recommend it !

Good morning all!! Luis headed off to church and let me sleep in. I apparently needed the 8 hours of sleep I have laundry I need to do and if it is as nice today as it was yesterday I plan to go outdoors and enjoy the day.

Lars, no getting sea sick for me! I love being out on boats (part of why I have such an awful tan line... was boating last month at WDW and boy did I get sun out on the water!)
