Morning all....first day of our 4 day weekend so we slept in.

Now I am going to try and clean my house a bit. When I woke up this morning I could smell cleaning stuff and couldnt figure out why. I get to the LR and Sam, with a giant smile on his face, is mopping the floor. Of course I think he used the entire can of Pledge Grab-It, but he was so proud of himself I couldnt get mad.
"Look Mommy, I cleaned the floor and it is in ship-shop shape'. Ill have to wait unitil he is in bed to redo the floor since there are streaks everywhere.

Morning everyone!!

I am thinking I might have to go bake in th sun today after 3 days of grey skies this is looking yummy!

I have my follow up visit with my dr. late this afternoon. I'm hoping he doesn't tell me I can't have kids or something like that. As weird as it sounds I'm praying that it was a healthy miscarriage but since this was my 2nd one I have a feeling that's not going to be the case. He's mentioned a fertility specialist, just don't know if I want to go that route.

I'll be thinking of Sandi this weekend. Hope BB gets "hitched" without a hitch. I wish them a lifetime of happiness together. I won't wish that they'll never have troubles. Troubles make you stronger. But I will pray that they always have strength in each other to get through the rough spots of their lives so that they will grow in love and faith.

Thinking of Carol and Sarah too. Hope the graduation ceremony and the party are perfect. Take notes. I'll be there in a couple of years and I'll need advice.

The rest of you, have a wonderful holiday weekend. I just went to the grocery and picked up some things to grill. Today is Allen's birthday and I'm giving him a Bobby Flay grilling cookbook among other things. I'm hoping it will inspire him!

This is the last day of school. Amy took bouquets of flowers and candy to her teachers. After they get home, we are picking up my mom and heading to the in-law's house for dinner. Allen is picking up take-out from a favorite Mexican restaurant. I'm ready. Just need to wrap the gifts.

Star, I'll say a prayer that you'll get the news you want at the doctor's office. I know this has to be hard.

Just a quick check in.

Got Andrew to his seminar and met his roommate. He is there until Sunday afternoon. I am home now trying to clean and get ready for family and parties.

Clarification - we are having Sarah's party Monday but graduation is not until June 12. They still have another week of classes and then a week of exams. The parties are starting this weekend so everyone won't have them on the same day. She has one to go to tomorrow.

LK, Hope field day with Leah was fun.

Alan, what a nice picture. Lovely daughters.

Sandi, I hope everything goes smoothly this weekend and that BB and her DH have a long, happy, healthy life together.
