Good morning angels and cherubs. I didn't get much sleep last night. It was humid and hot. Not my idea of a good combination. It rained this morning and it seems cooler today. For some reason our bedroom gets really hot even with the air turned on.

Sorry to hear about Cami's DH's aunt. I'll keep you guys in my prayers.

I bet SB and family are anxious. I've always thought a pool in my yard would be fun. But now we have a neighborhood one with lifeguards that we don't even have to clean. My kids are old enough to walk down the street when the pool is open. They meet their friends and I don't have to sit out there and watch.

I need to start getting ready for our trip to Branson. I still don't have all of Amy's clothes from camp washed. My goal is to have everything packed by tomorrow night so we are ready to roll on Thursday.

I didn't even notice it and probably wouldn't have if you hadn't mentioned it!.

It doesn't seem to hot in the house today, but for Sunday and Monday they are calling for 90 degrees! DH is just going to have to go out and buy a temporary window AC that we can use until our Central air is hooked back up. I told him when we're done with it we can give it to BB for their apartment!

SB, You'll be enjoying your pool with this heat on the way.
Our yard isn't big enough for a pool or else I might have one!

After I asked about the missing siggy lines I noticed the other thread.

Just finished sorting and packaging 400 little baggies of fibers for a swap. Took me a little over 2 hours, but its done. Now I need to get it all in the mail....hard to do without a car.

I think I am going to take Sam and walk up to our pool. It finally hit 80 outside and it feels hotter in the house. Time to close the windows and get the a/c back on. Oh well, the breeze and fresh air were nice for a while. Looks like another cool day tomorrow before we start creeping up to 90+ by the end of the week. I was enjoying this cool summer, looks like the heat is finally coming.

hi everyone!!

I'm sorry I haven't been around lately ........but I have a good excuse....


The Dh overheard me tell someone that he works every holiday and that we didn't have any plans , I also through in as a joke of course that G wouldn't know what a holiday was (outside of Christmas) because we never make a big deal because DH works.

He decided that it was time he took a holiday off soooooo he put in for it and surprise, surprise he was allowed off. He was home most of the day Saturday and Sunday they are closed and then Monday he was off as well. So we've been spending a lot of QT and swimming a LOT!! I finally have a tan, well actually it's a pink but it will be a tan in a few days!! Thank God I don't burn!!

Hey Steph: I just saw a show the other day on the travel channel about the Hershey Spa......all their Spa treatments involve CHOCOLATE! It looked like a really cool place!
