Yeah finally through at 922 and now on hold. I have a feeling I will be on hold for a looooong time. The last recording said up to 20 minutes, but I will believe it when I acutally get to talk to someone.
I have been calling since 859 and got through once around 830 just to be dumped so wish me luck!!!!!!

twenty minute hold time they said, but it is better than getting a busy signal.

OK, now I'm really starting to get angry that this is the way they handle things. What a waste of my time today....1 hour and 25 minutes or redialing and still NOTHING!! I am ready to lose it! I am sure they could have done things to alleviate this.

The worst thing is I will go from hating Disney to loving Disney IF I get through and get my reservation. The worst part will be if I have to change my signature countdown for our grand gathering because I couldn't get the reservations. If we can't get into BLT for Thanksgiving we have to push the vacation to February. Send me some pixie dust!

I did have to laugh when I finally got through because I was calling from 3 phones at the same time and when one started ringing, I was like which one is it!!!! At least I did not hang up the wrong phone!

I feel the same way about all the time I wasted this morning dialing in for an hour and a half, and now finally getting through and sitting on hold. I would try a cell phone too, my seemed to be working better and faster than my regular phone. It will all be worth it I guess!!


I tried the 407-566-3800 number, but it didn't work at all for me.

Same here Andijean. Been calling 2 numbers with 3 phones and no luck. Got through right at 9:01 but got the "MS is closed". Called right back and get nothing but busy signals....I'm giving up. It's Sunday and we have things to do...

The cast member on the phone made fun of DVC for opening two resorts on the same day... So, maybe they will learn a lesson....

After 1 hr of dialing on 2 phones we finally got through and were placed on 20 min of hold. Finally we were able to get our week in the THV .

Good luck! I'm afraid to move too. Sometimes I accidentally hang up on people because my cheek hits the touch screen. I'm afraid to even turn my head. Thank God I took that potty break earlier!
