An interesting survey question from WDW.

I'm filling out a survey from WDW and I've reached the section about buses. I said I had a problem with the buses on my last trip and they asked what the problem was. The very first 2 options on the problem report are:

It took a long time to load wheelchairs or electric vehicles

The load process for wheelchairs or electric vehicles was challenging

Obviously Disney is realizing that most of the problems with buses involve wheelchairs/ECVs. After all of my years visiting WDW as a wheelchair user I still don't know what the solution is but I do see the problem.

And you wonder if people without ECVs or wheelchairs who say there was a problem with the buses also get questions about ECVs and wheelchair loading time.

I was never asked whether I use a wheelchair/ECV so this was the normal survey that everyone gets. The first 2 reasons they give for bad bus service to everyone seems to be wheelchair/ECV related. To me this means that they feel the most common complaints concerning the buses are about wheelchairs/ECVs.

I'm sure many impatient able bodied people would feel it took a long time to load wheelchairs or ECV. It's slowing them down to get where they want to go.
