I am so swollen my fingers feel like they are going to pop.  This is the last time I should be getting pre-TOM bloat, which makes it a little more tolerable
  I was in a BAD place last night.  I had myself a good ole fashioned binge.  

  I am so ashamed and so disappointed, but I have to get over it and focus on today.  

  The good news is that all the Apple Spice cookies are gone.  The bad news is they are in my stomach
  

  I also ate 4 GS cookies (that DH brought home).  I did SO good all day, I avoided all the goodies in the breakroom, only to fall apart when I got home from the gym.  

  I am done beating myself up and I am determined to behave today.  

  Yesterday I drank 100oz of water, 2 cups green tea; a DC:
6:15am:  Egg Beaters w/FF Cheddar; Oatmeal
8:30am:  Zone Bar
11:00am (@ class):  Turkey-n-Provolone w/Mustard on Wheat; Carrots
2:30pm:  FF Cottage Cheese; Apple
6:30pm:  EFL Taco Pasta Salad (YUM); Cauliflower; Cookies, Cookies, More Cookies 
 
8:30pm:  EFL Chocolate Mousse
WORKOUT: Walking (40min); Weights (30min); Elliptical (30min)
RESISTED:  Cookies and Chips at class; Girls Scout Cookies (all varieties) and Chocolate Covered Nuts in Breakroom

Jane, I extended my free day into a free weekend as well.  Oops...  Let me know how that chili releno is.  I keep flipping to that page, but I am afraid the kids wouldn't eat it.  Maybe I'll make that one when they are at their dad's.
