Amy, I actually have a sheet I printed out from Dotties site in my car. Problem is that Chipotle has clearly changed their portions or something, the points are much higher now. I came home and decided to just double check since things seemed bigger the last couple of times and yes indeed its higher since Dottie has posted her "update" for that restaurant. So I guess the moral of the story is that in keeping with Americans and their love of food and pigging out they decided to up their sizes. And you can keep your three pounds, I have plenty of pounds of my own! I think your three pounds will go down the potty when you shed the TOM water gain!

Today was pretty good. I ate okay but did use another 2 flex points. I was just really hungry all day. Got my walk in today, I have walked every day this week so that is good.
Breakfast: Slim Fast: (4)
Snack: ff/sf pudding (1) cereal (1)
Lunch: 2 slices of turkey (1), TCL crackers (2), chicken strips (7)
Snack: Popcorn (2), vanilla wafers (3)
Dinner: Chicken, rice and veggie casserole (8), large salad (1)
Total: 30
Pretty good week, managed to not totally lose it with dd's school stress. Good news is that ds got a great report card, he is really focused right now. He is off to a church retreat this weekend, his first trip without mom and dad! I will miss him but am really excited for him to go.
Tomorow will have some major challenges. I am going out to eat with my mom in the morning before I take her to the doctor. I suggested we eat breakfast before her appt., instead of lunch after. My plan is to get cereal and avoid the whole eggs/bacon/pancakes thing. This is the same place we went last time and their lunch menu has nothing healthy which is why I suggested breakfast. Secondhallenge is that dh and I are going out just the two of us tomorrow night with friends. Our friends are like us, they love to eat and drink! And they suggested mexican food so thats going to be tough and I know I will have at least two Coors Lights. But I want to have fun so I am going to just do the best I can. I have 22 flex points and if I eat very light during the day I should be fine. But then I will have to be very disciplined over the weekend. That .4 loss was good because it might make me behave a bit since I don't want a gain two weeks in a row. I am really hoping for a five pound per month loss and since this next week is the last weigh in for January its my last time to accomplish that. So we'll see. I need to learn to deal with eating out and social gatherings and surving them both without going hog wild!
