Amount of AKV rooms in diff. categories?

Does anybody know where I can find a count of the different kinds of rooms that are being built at AKV? I am interested particularly in the amount of value rooms (studios and 1 BR's) and how many have a savannah view versus a 'standard' view. Also, is a standard view considered parking lot or pool in this category?

By definition "standard view" at AKV means pool, garden or parking lot. Value rooms can have either a savanna view or a standard view. I don't have access to my PC at the moment, so the following data is from looking at this drawing showing the AKV rooms declared so far. As far as we know, the rooms in yellow are all of the Value rooms that will exist at AKV. I believe the Value rooms break down by view as follows:

Value villas with a savanna view: 4 2BR lockoffs, 4 dedicated studios

Value villas with a standard view (broken down by pool view and parking lot view):
Pool view:4 2BR lockoffs, 4 dedicated studios
Parking lot view: 2 2BR lockoffs

So I'm trying to figure this out-does this mean that if I reserve a value studio, I'm definitely not going to get a parking lot view? Are all the villas in the front (overlooking the parking lot) 2 BRs?
Oops! I think I just figured it out-the 2-2 BRs are lock-offs, so then, it is possible. Are most of the studios pool view whether they're value or standard?

the value as well as concierge are ONLY at Jambo house.

standard and Savannah views will be at both.

right now a standard view at Jambo house is only the swimming pool - okay sometimes that includes the roof.

Yes, you will be in the Jambo house, and the diagram shows where the value rooms will be. I think the value rooms don't "open" until December...unless timing was moved up. I do not think that the new building will have any value rooms at all.

So, if I am reading your diagram correctly, if I have a value 1bdrm in January at AKV, I have a 50-50 chance at getting the savannah view (potentially four 1-bdrms if they "lock-off" the 2nd bdrm?)? Which would be the one to request, if I still have a chance? I would rather have the savannh view instead of the pool, and certainly either one of those instead of the parking lot. Any hopes? Or am I still playing a bit of roulette?
