So far they've spoken to Blake Lewis and Janice Diskinson who are rooting for Adam, and Kimberley Locke and Daughtry who are rooting for Kris. I started Tivo'ing it at 6:00 and am a half-hour in though, so I'm behind on it.

They just had a great recap of all the past finales. I still get all teary watching Kelly, Carrie and DC's wins I know it sounds ridiculously cheesy, but I'll probably get teary regardless of who wins tonight. They're both nice guys and it's SO cool getting to see someone's dreams come true like that!

When they showed Carrie and David winning I just smiled. I remember being so happy when they won. I didn't start watching until season 3 so wasn't as touched by watching Kelly again. Those are my favorite three winners. I like Jordin well enough but the other winners I can do without.

Chris Richardson said he's a big Kris fan, but if it was battle last night Adam would've won.

Now they're showing a press conference from last night, and Adam moved the mic down for Kris cause there's a huge height difference and Kris turned it into a joke Kris said Adam's always helping him arrange his songs and make changes for the better, and Adam said he wouldn't have picked "A Change is Gonna Come" for himself, but the lyrics really moved him.

Melinda Doolittle said the third song was rough, and she has no idea who she'd pick to win because she liked them both.

Now Ruben's on. Nice guy but I'm still bitter He said it's hard to pick a winner and they both pulled at his heartstrings. He's there with his daughter too... no idea he had a daughter! He said he's just happy to be there and still be relevant

Haha, I'm still bitter too, and that was 6 years ago! I can honestly say that I haven't been this attached to a contestant since Clay in season 2. Since I had such a big upset that year, I'm hoping Adam can pull through this year. I haven't liked a contestant this much since Clay and even though the song sucks, I really want to see Adam win since he really deserves it.

It's his STEP daughter. He married my friend's daughter about a year ago. He told me that Ruben was going to the finale.. I asked if he could PACK me!!

Now Nigel Lithgoe's on. Not gonna lie, love him on So You Think You Can Dance! He's much better on that than this, so he should stick to the dancing. He said he think's Kris drew himself much closer last night, but Adam's gonna win. He compared the finale to Clay and Ruben (when Clay was ROBBED!)

Jon Peter Lewis! He was probably my favorite from season 3, he was fun. He said Adam was vocally much better, but Kris has a good shot because of the momentum.

Michael Johns!!!!! He's still HOT. HOT HOT HOT. Seriously, hot. I think Mike Johns should be on every season of American Idol from here on out. Stick him on So You Think You Can Dance too. Hell, he should get his own show. HOT! Oh, and he thinks Kris will win because of Danny Gokey's votes.

He was there with me and my mother when they announced Ruben the winner....not a good idea. I think I almost scared him away since my mom and I must have screamed out every curse word you could think of and almost broke the TV from the flying remote.

Ace Young cut his hair and looks a million times better than when it was long. I still don't see his appeal though, he's too pretty He said you can't judge the third song because it was out of both of their elements... meaning it sucked He thinks the backlash against Adam got the Kris fans voting like crazy and he'll win.

Kris and Adam are gonna be on American Idol extra for a full hour sometime this week!

Brad Garrett's hilarious! He's being interviewed and his wife and one of his daughters disappeared. He said his daughter must have found Archuletta and his wife must have found Cook He's rooting for Adam.

I missed Michael Johns????? My TV is programmed to change the channel when Carrie is on so I missed him!!!

It was so sad... I actually decorated my house for the finale. I was in my first year of high school so I'm pleading my youth as an excuse... but I made Clay posters and banners and hung them all around my house. I still have pictures of the house, it was hilarious!
