I actually stopped watching at about 9 and kept peeking to see if Caleb was on. My son screamed from the other room 'MEATLOAF'S ON!!' which only meant one thing.

BTW, my son has nicknames for most of them

Jessica: SLAPOUT

Malaya: METAL MOUTH

CJ: HOOTIE JR

Dexter: PUG DOG (he swears he looks like one!)

Jena: PRETTY EYES

No nicknames for Sam and Alex, I don't think he knows they exist

I don't think he has EVER called them by their actual names!

I always think of him as Meatloaf too! He is my favourite of the season I think.

So sad when the Judges are more fun to watch then the contestants.

Loved Caleb - downloaded his song, I'm still picking him as the winner.

Liked Jessica, hope she's in the final two with Caleb.

I agree with Harry (I think he was the one who said it) about Alex being a "coffee house" singer. And I agreed with him about Sam not singing to and looking at all the cute girls surrounding him. All he did was look into the camera. He could have had those girls just swooning over him but he wasted the chance. I like his voice but won't be surprised if he goes home tonight.

Malaya can go home too, she is just too screechy for me.

I like Dexter but feel he needs to do something a little different.

Haven't like Jena from the beginning, still don't.

I like CJ but agree about his pitch problems on almost every song.

CJ: Hootie Jr. LOL. That is how I think of him and since I am not a Hootie fan that doesn't bode well for CJ. I wanted so much to like him because he seems like such a nice guy but his voice is just not doing it for me.

...I'll sum it up - HE SINGS OFF-KEY.

After what David Cook said about him I started to pay better attention and realized he was 100 % right. I knew the words so in my head singing along I am putting the words in....but just listening to him half the time I couldn't make out what the word should be.
