Really loved Caleb's performance!!!

I am just not hearing what the judges are with Malaya and CJ. Can't stand either one of them nor can I remember once performance all season that I enjoyed from either.

Loved Caleb!! And loved David Cook's mentoring.

I'm an 80s girl so I was looking forward to last night's show. Overall, very underwhelming with a couple of standouts.

My top three: Caleb, Alex, Sam

My bottom three: CJ, Malaya, Jena

Nobody was great last night and all the duets were awful. Caleb was our favorite, but didn't do as well as normal. Had to FF through CJ, Sam, and Alex with Alex being the worst by far. Rest pretty forgettable.

I was torn between putting Sam and Jessica in my top three. I ended up with Sam because I really like the way he sang the song.

I was also torn between Dexter and Jena for the bottom two. Dexter seemed a bit stiff and really didn't seem like he was enjoying the song until the second half. I didn't like anything about Jena's version of the song, so that's why she landed in my bottom three.

I loved the way Alex changed up the song!

I agree -Alex was horrible- he totally butchered up that song, terrible!

Sang this 4 years ago (mere CHILD ) sitting DOWN! aMAzing!!

I actually stopped watching at about 9 and kept peeking to see if Caleb was on. My son screamed from the other room 'MEATLOAF'S ON!!' which only meant one thing.

BTW, my son has nicknames for most of them

Jessica: SLAPOUT

Malaya: METAL MOUTH

CJ: HOOTIE JR

Dexter: PUG DOG (he swears he looks like one!)

Jena: PRETTY EYES

No nicknames for Sam and Alex, I don't think he knows they exist

I don't think he has EVER called them by their actual names!
