I'm glad you are okay quest and honeybee.

Every time I fell asleep the thunder woke me up.

Flash... BOOM over and over. It was like trying to sleep during Disneyland's fireworks show. Great at first but annoying after several hours.

I'd prefer hurricanes because you get more warning to get out of dodge. Plus, I'm used to hurricane season growing up in Florida. I know the drill.
Earthquakes and tornadoes just come out of nowhere.

Never had to experience an earthquake while living in CA...so that was nice.
Experienced lots of tornadoes (well...sitting in the basement or in the school library during them.) Still hate them. It'll be a little better once we're in our house with our basement.

I think she looks okay from that distance. And she's just wearing jeans and a t-shirt...which is good. Of course the scarf is as dumb as his hat though.

No matter how it started this info leaking needs to end. And she's not better, telling her stories on her stupid TV guide show... did you hear her say she was standing with his MOM during the finale??? I wonder why?

I want our boy to do good and he surely doesn't need bad PR to drag him down. He deserved to win and I hope his image doesn't take a nosedive because of this.

Yeah...that was annoying.

But I did think it was cute of his mom to save the confetti.

They are very cute together, the whole brotherly thing. I think if Davey showed this much personality during the show, he would have even won us hard hearted people over. I just think he was so young that the stress got to him more than the older contestants. I think they need to raise the age limit to 18 and up only.

Not a fan of his music style, but he seems like a real sweet kid. I think the competition may have been too much for him. You see him now and it's like a weight has been lifted and he's able to be himself finally.
