Well it's down to Foster and Jamal.

I don't really care either way but am sticking with my thinking that it will go to Foster.

I was happily shocked that Jamal won. I thought for sure the country guy would win. The top three were all very talented.

Haven't really watched this season. Typically the winner tends to be the person who appealed to those who actually watch the show and vote for them. It may have nothing to do with their singing ability or mass appeal. As with any prior Idol winner, the real test will be if they can produce popular/hit records that will result in a successful musical career. I can only name a few former winners who have gone on to big musical careers.
