Is .65 a box really that good a deal? I don't buy it often but DH loves it.

It is around here, that is what I paid for it at Target over the weekend. I would never order it online though. I think it is normally $.75, but I don't buy it regularly.

As weird as this will sound, I normally get mine at Walgreens. Seems about once a month they have it on sale for 69 cents a box.

Ha! Ok I was trying to figure out if it was some kind of safety thing! Thanks!

No, it just kind of seemed silly to me to order mac and cheese online. But you know it could make sense if somebody is homebound.

My grocery has them on sale a lot for .50 so I wouldn't think it's a great deal.

you can get them at the stores for .50 or less so no it's not a good deal.

before I started ordering cases of it, I would try it out... we made some of it this week that was packaged as "new original" or something like that and it seemed like they cut down on the amount of cheese in it... our kids that normally love the stuff wouldn't even finish, I tasted it and instantly knew why... hopefully it was a one off problem... but considering how some companies have started cutting back on products to save money it wouldn't surprise me if they've cut some costs at the expense of taste.

65 cents is about average for it I think, Food Lion in my area had it in sale for 50 cents a box last week so I stocked up on that.
