Well everyone I am very proud of me because per the scale this morning I have lost 5 lbs in the month of June! Feels so good to hit a goal for a change.

On a serious note though I have noticed myself slipping a bit. I think it is because once the water weight is shed and my clothes start feeling better I get lazy. I'm comfortable here and I let myself slip up until I'm back to feeling miserable again. The good news is that I recognize the cycle. The bad news is that I'm not sure how to stop it.
Today is my free day! Which means no worrying about food today. I'm going to enjoy it as well! I have a nice and relaxing weekend ahead of me and I'm going to savor it.
