Am I the only one who does not like a particular Disney character?

Tink
Stitch
Lilo
drum roll please, Mickey Mouse aggravates me. I LOVE Donald though and think the attraction should be Donald's Philharmagic.

Count me as another who doesn't like Lotso....I just don't get the fascination and it kills me that they are selling the Lotso plush in the parks that looks like it's been run over a couple of times and then washed in a mud puddle. :confused3

Do they really? I have never seen that one, just the regular one.As for me i love most characters however the princesses, ALL of them do the least for and I won't wait in line very long to meet them unless someone I am with wants to.

I hadn't considered her a character but I agree with the narrator in the Tink movies, I also don't understand all the Irishy music. Especially in the first one, when the Queen comes and the Minister of Spring tells the music fairies to keep playing..that whole scene bugs me. They play the same part of the song like 6 times and it's annoying as heck.

I think the reason Tinkerbell is so popular is that some (no flames, I said SOME) women and girls like to think they're just like her, cute and petite and sassy when they're really just annoying and spoiled, just like Tinkerbell. The only reason I watch those movies is I want to see if and when they get to the point of how she meets Peter.

It's so fun to read everyone's responses! There's so much variety here with what people like/don't like that it's great Disney offers something for everyone.

I'm not fond of Stitch or Tink, but I'm totally weirded out by Captain Hook :rotfl2:

My group wanted a picture with him and I freaked out a bit and he totally caught on and went with it. Eventually the character attendant came over and asked if I wanted to walk away :rotfl: We quickly took the picture and ran away. I have no idea why, but that creepy smile gives me the goosebumps!

I love Eeyore, but I think it's because I feel bad for him and he needs love too.

With that said, I can't stand Donald Duck. Never have, never will. He is nothing but annoying. And somebody else said Iago. I agree a bazillion percent, that voice is like nails on a chalkboard.

I haven't seen the straight to DVD's of Tink....but my friends and myself cannot stand her! I think of her in peter pan and I think of her as a selfish mean brat, and that's not a good example to set for children. Also, she does dress rather scandalous, not that there aren't others that dress that way too.

But regardless, I cannot stand her either.

Winnie the Pooh. I never could stand him, but then he had to use his giant-sized bear rump to knock Mr. Toad and the best ride right out of WDW. I'd like to stuff him inside a honey pot and send him down the river.

When we had DD, the Baby Pooh stuff was all the rage, and we made a point to tell people to NOT buy any of it.

I'm also not a fan of Peter Pan. I like the movie, but I've never been a fan of his.

ETA: I love that some people are critiquing Tinkerbell's style of dress. Scratching my head trying to figure out the last time I read a tale about fairies and they were wearing head to toe frocks.

I'm not big on Lotso. In fact hanging my office is a Toy Story 3 calander. Lotso is the April character and it says "I'm a hugger, hug me". No way! LOL

Jafer just creeps me out.

I don't dislike Tink, though I've only seem the character in Peter Pan when she's not talking so...... but you're right, it is Tink overload in the stores.
I'm love Donald and Daisy and there's not nearly enough merchandise (for women) with them on it, especially Daisy or Minnie and Daisy together. Aren't they best friends in the cartoons? Whatever.

Characters I don't like:
Stitch- I just don't get it, is he supposed to be cute?
Prince Charming and Cinderella- I'm bitter, plus does the Prince even speak at all? :headache:
Mother Gothel- she just freaks me out
Tweedledee and Tweedledum- annoying, just annoying

I think Tink is cute and such, but I just don't get the huge fascination with her, but that's just me! I feel the same way about Betty Boop although she isn't Disney. I also am not a huge Pooh fan. He's all adorable and cuddly, but I just...I'm not sure why, I just am not a gigantic fan. Not that I hate him, though!

I actually only have about 4-5 characters I really love, now that I think about it! Despite being a huge Disney fan, I guess I was never that much into characters, even though I love the movies.

I really dislike Stitch...he was cute in the movie but all the Stitch pushing in the parks got to me...blech.

My DD doesn't like Cinderella. She loves all the other princesses, knows all their names and refuses to say Cinderella's. She just looks at me and says "I don't know. Who is she?" LOL

I also don't like the Incredibles, the movie was entertaining but not great.
I don't like meeting the villains, except Lady Tremaine. And I agree with others, I really don't like Lotso. He's so mean and yet looks so cuddly. I don't like that juxtaposition.
And Mother Gothel is creepy. I can't stand how mean she is to Rapunzel. And those big eyes...eek!

another vote for Stitch ! We went last September and went on Stitch's "ride" ONLY because there was no line. OMG, my DD5 was terrified. She kept trying to get out, she couldn't get out from that seat. we had to cover her eyes and ears the whole time.

Funny thing...we were supposed to go to Lelo and Stitch's breakfast at the Poly. We had to cancel our ADR's because she said "she didn't want to be anywhere near Stitch!" oops...talk about terrorizing your kid!! :scared1:

The Incredibles, I absolutely cannot stand them. Dh and my kids love them!

Can't stand Iago or Lotso either.

I don't like Chip or Dale. I guess I'm tired of them. I mean they are EVERYWHERE in Disney World. At every meal. At every character meet and greet.

My sister and I believe that their costumes must be the cheapest to make, that's why they are everywhere.

On the other hand, I love Tink and Daisy. They are my favorites.

First I have to give Stitch some luv-he's just a little bit mischievous :rotfl:

I love villains-some more than the Princesses :rolleyes1-but Governor Ratcliffe ----{{{{{shivers}}}}

I can do without Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum too.
