Am I Just Touched?

I don't know if it's me, but every time I call the reservation center and ask them to check for any pins or codes under my name, none of them seem to know what I'm talking about. :confused3

I literally take the CM in a large circle of confusion, before they kind-of-sort-of get what I'm talking about, and then refer me to check my email for codes and updates. Which I've already done of course.

I don't think I say anything confusing. My conversation typically starts as such, "Hi, I was just calling to see if you wouldn't mind checking under my name or my fiance's name to see if there are any discount codes or pins assigned to us?"

And then it just turns into said circle named before. :headache:

Am I doing this wrong? Am I just having bad luck with CMs? How do you all go about asking?

Thanks!:grouphug:

I have had no problem with CM's other than the fact there are no pins or codes attached :confused3 They always check for me. I always ask very similar to the way that you do. We are a grand gathering and they have actually checked all four reservations for me.

Just noticed that you are from Nashville. Three of us are heading there next week for a conference. Just wondering if you had any tips etc. for good places to see some live music etc in the evenings or other interesting things.

thanks

Ah. It must be the CMs I'm getting then. Hopefully next time I'll snag me a winner! :thumbsup2

As for Nashville, there's always something fun to see or do downtown. I would recommend Wild Horse Saloon on 2nd Avenue. The food and music is great there. You may get lucky and snag a show; if not they'll be teaching line dancing. On Broadway there's tons of karaoke bars to choose from, along with several great restaurants. Coyote Ugly is also on 2nd, along with Hooters. Then there's usually neat stuff going on at the Sommet Center. You also have the Opryland Hotel, which is a neat place to visit in itself, along with Opry Mills.

If you need anything more specific, just PM me, and I'll help you out!
