I don't know if it's me, but every time I call the reservation center and ask them to check for any pins or codes under my name, none of them seem to know what I'm talking about.
I literally take the CM in a large circle of confusion, before they kind-of-sort-of get what I'm talking about, and then refer me to check my email for codes and updates. Which I've already done of course.
I don't think I say anything confusing. My conversation typically starts as such, "Hi, I was just calling to see if you wouldn't mind checking under my name or my fiance's name to see if there are any discount codes or pins assigned to us?"
And then it just turns into said circle named before.
Am I doing this wrong? Am I just having bad luck with CMs? How do you all go about asking?
